Governor Perry whats the point of mandated Automobile Insurance In Texas when the Insurance reeusfs to pay? There is nothing funny about death and an insurance company such as Progressive that REFUSES to honor their policy. Progressive is nothing more than a Ponzi Scheme in which the Corporate Executives get rich and leave injured policyholders bogus insurance policies, which are not worth the paper they are written on.
