My wife and I participated in the cycle tour and had a great time. We would dtnafieely do this again and recommend it to everyone we know.We came away inspired by the beautiful farms and the knowledgable and hardworking farmers of the Valley. We had a particuliarly indepth tour and conversation with the owner of Freedom Farm on Coleman Road discussing the pros and cons of hydroponic verses soil grown foods. Definately opened my eyes to the benefits of soil grown and the reduced food quality of hydoponics I think there is great potential to increase this type of activity in the future. We were on the northern route and it seemed very busy with cyclists. With increased promotion I think this could be a real win for farmers and the tourist industry. It also promotes cycling.
