DO NOT GO HERE! BUYER BEWARE! CROOKS! I went to Dalzell's for an out of province inspection recently, and they not only OVERCHARGED HEINOUSLY for the repairs, they made up FALSE CHARGES in order to completely gouge me. They noted that my brake lights weren't working which was not true and invoiced that they would cost 300 dollars to fix and they were working the whole time! What mechanic is unable to perform a BRAKE LIGHT TEST? YOU PRESS ON THE BRAKES!!!! They also invoiced me 1700 dollars for the repairs on my nearly brand new vehicle, and when I went to a different shop nearby I was able to get the EXACT same work done for 900 dollars. THAT'S NEARLY HALF PRICE. That's not just competitive pricing, that means you are getting SCREWED. They also charged me 50 dollars extra on the reinspection for GOD KNOWS WHAT. I talked to their "manager" and he tried to talk in circles around me, lying and pointing in my face. In summation, horrible customer service, outrageous gouging prices and dishonest crooks! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!
