2010 f-150 ICBC claim. picked up body work OK but hood missed aligned, grille screws missing ,rubber mount to cushion hood missing (Replaced part from his own truck)and the old parts still in engine bay. This truck did not drive good ,felt very sloppy. Brought back 3 times swore there was nothing wrong. had to bring to another shop to fix. would not recommend.
