Poor craftsmanship- real butchers actually. Did not take the time to careful look over the vehicle with the customer. Poorly reassembled the vehicle, anyone could see how little care was put into repairing the car. I would recommend paying extra but getting some actual workmanship by people who care about quality. Do not let your insurance company (the Cooperators) send you here.
